(Health Economics and Financing Directorate, HEFD) of the ministry of public health of Afghanistan has decided to assign a short
term consultant by financial support of our development partners in order to support MOPH in
the following issues:
 
1.       Review
all related legal documents (inside and outside) on insurance / health insurance;
2.       Conduct a
feasibility study of health insurance in Afghanistan;
3.       Develop
a private health insurance regulation;
4.       Provide
recommendation on the draft of insurance law;
5.       Support the
building capacity of HEFD staff;
