Surabaya, Indonesia – Nuzul Qur’aniati, S.Kep.Ns., M.Ng., Ph.D., a research member and the secretary of REACH, will participate in the Joint Working Group on Higher Education, Research, and Innovation (JWG on HERI) 2024. The event will be held in the Hero City of Surabaya, with the theme “Fostering Higher Education, Research, and Innovation Partnerships between Indonesia and France for a Progressive and Sustainable Future” from July 2-5, 2024.
JWG on HERI is a strategic forum that brings together education officials, academics, researchers, and innovators from Indonesia and France. Its aim is to build networks, explore, and strengthen various collaborations in higher education, research, and innovation. Since its inception in 2009, JWG has facilitated the exchange of information and policies between higher education, research, and innovation institutions of both countries and showcased the best practices of their partnerships.
At the 13th JWG on HERI between Indonesia and France this year, the forum will raise the major theme of “Fostering Higher Education, Research, and Innovation Partnerships between Indonesia and France for a Progressive and Sustainable Future.” The event will bring together up to 300 participants from various related fields at the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) located in Indonesia’s historic Hero City, Surabaya.
Nuzul Qur’aniati, S.Kep.Ns., M.Ng., Ph.D. stated, “Participation in JWG 2024 is a valuable opportunity to expand international networks and collaborations, especially in the fields of higher education, research, and innovation.
