Seeking an RN in the Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia area to conduct home care visits.
Full Time RN
Full Time position is offered. Monday – Friday and no weekends or evening on-call.
May be asked to help on an occassional holiday. We consider 28 visits full time.
A salary is paid weekly. If you conduct more than 28 visits we pay the per diem rate.
Excellent position with a full benefit package.
Weekend Only RN
RN needed to work an ocassional weekend. Work 1 or 2 weekends a month. Conduct several visits on weekends and make an excellent income.
Part Time or Per Diem
We can use RNs on a per diem basis to conduct routine visits for our case managers.
Set the appointments with the patient to fit your current schedule or lifestyle.
Paid per visit. If you need more of a guarantee, we can offer salaries for our part time nurses.

*Make appointments with your patients to fit your schedule and/or lifestyle
RN responsibilites include:
*Coordinates the overall interdisciplinary plan of care for a patient, from admission to discharge in a homecare environment.
*Acts as liaison between patient/family and homecare personnel to ensure necessary care is provided promptly and effectively.
*Must be a Registered Nurse with 2-4 years of clinical experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
